Due to recent developments, The British Acupuncture Council are now advising acupuncturists to suspend all acupuncture treatment until further notice.

It is with great sadness that we have decided to temporarily close all of our clinics. Many of our patients have expressed that they need our help now more than ever. Acupuncture has been shown to strengthen the immune system as well as reducing stress and anxiety. However given the escalation of the situation in the UK and across the world we feel that temporary cessation of treatment is the only sensible response to help stop the spread of the virus and save lives.

Nobody knows how long these measures will have to be in place for, but we will keep you updated as the situation progresses.

Our thoughts are with those who are ill and those most vulnerable in our society.

Every one of us is struggling to come to terms with the shock of the situation and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. A crisis can also present us with the opportunity to re-evaluate what is truly important. We’re already starting to see communities coming together to support each other like never before.
