Cancellation Policy

• If you give 48 hours notice (not including Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) there is no charge for a cancelled or rescheduled appointment.

• If you give less than 48 hours notice (not including Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays) there is a charge for the full cost of the missed appointment. This charge is waived if you are able to rebook for the same week. However, we are not able to guarantee an alternative appointment will be available in the same week.
